Forensic Practice.

Dr. Hall has been recognized by the Court as an expert on sexual abuse, child sexual abuse, and clinical psychology. She has testified as an expert witness in Monmouth, Middlesex, Bergen and Somerset County New Jersey in Civil, Criminal and Administrative Law Court. After the landmark Michaels decision, Dr. Hall testified as an expert in one of the first 403(c) hearings in the State of NJ. Other testimony has included:

• Post traumatic stress disorder
• Child Abuse Accommodation Syndrome
• Taint, bias and suggestibility
• Physician – patient sexual abuse

Dr. Hall has conducted psychological evaluations of alleged victims and perpetrators of child sexual abuse and sexual assault.
